located in the St. Louis, MO area, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Strong Personal Computer skills
  • Create 3D models from 2D engineering drawing/data using CATIA V5
  • Create Multi-Axis CNC programs
  • Examine electronic data for defects and completeness
  • Knowledge of Machine Functions (G codes, M codes, Offsets, etc...)
  • Knowledge of 3, 4, and 5 axis machining, machine set-up, and fixture design concepts
  • Knowledgeable in cutting tool technology and selection
  • Interpret Drawing Information (Models, Blue Prints and Parts Lists) including GD&T requirements
  • Familiar with design techniques used in CAD applications
  • Supports continuous improvement activities of existing products

Experience:

  • 2 years of 3 and 4 axis CNC programing in aluminum and titanium aircraft structural components (Required)
  • 2 years of 5 axis CNC programming in aluminum and titanium aircraft structural components (Preferred)
